  • Sunday: Relaxation Day… I often take Diego for an extended stroll and stretch after
  • Monday: Pace Run
  • Tuesday: Straightforward Run & Energy
  • Wednesday: Tempo Run
  • Thursday: Energy Coaching
  • Friday: Straightforward Run & Core
  • Saturday: Lengthy Run

I’ve a Tempo Run on my plan for as we speak –> Nevertheless it’s raining right here (in Southern California)… which doesn’t occur typically.

I often like working within the rain but it surely’s onerous to do a stable tempo run as a result of the bottom can be slippery (because it hasn’t rained in a very long time the trail can be oily & muddy).
